What You’ll Tackle
Set up and run 2–4 axis CNC lathes for aerospace components
Read/interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure conformance
Execute tool changes, offsets, and small program tweaks
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges; log results
Troubleshoot chip control, surface finish, and dimensional issues to keep production moving
Bring These Credentials
2+ years of CNC lathe experience (setup and operation)
Blueprint fluency and strong GD&T understanding
History of holding tight tolerances in production environments
Comfort with Fanuc or equivalent controls
Ability to work independently on 2nd shift (3:00 - 1:30AM)
