By first part inspection, you’ve dialed in the offsets and hit the tolerance dead on. Whether you prefer the rhythm of 1st (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM), the focus of 2nd (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), or the quiet precision of 3rd (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM), you’ll run 8-hour shifts with optional overtime to keep missions on schedule.

Your mission

• Set up and operate vertical CNC machines to produce precision parts to specification.
• Review the daily production schedule and prepare machines, tooling, and materials for assigned job orders.
• Perform routine care—lubrication, cleaning, and visual checks—to keep equipment in peak condition.
• Fine-tune tooling, offsets, and machine parameters per CNC programs to hold tight tolerances.
• Verify finished components meet blueprint and dimensional requirements through in-process and final inspection.

What you bring

• 3–6 years of machine shop experience in a production setting.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Proficiency with precision metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of consistent quality.
• Clear spoken and written English and the ability to follow technical instructions.

Role focus

This position contributes directly to the assembly of aerospace latching systems by producing precision components across Milling, Lathe, Swiss, or Mill‑Turn operations.
