As an Aerospace CNC Milling/Turning Specialist, you'll craft precision components for advanced latching systems used across commercial, defense, and space programs.

    Your shift options

    • 8-hour shifts with the option for overtime
    • 1st: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
    • 2nd: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
    • 3rd: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

    Where you fit

    We are hiring across specialties — Milling, Lathe, Swiss, or Mill-Turn. In this role, you will be central to the build of aerospace latching assemblies by producing components that meet exacting specifications.

    What you'll do

    • Set up and run vertical CNC machines to produce parts to print
    • Review the daily dispatch list and ready machines to meet scheduled job orders
    • Perform routine care: lubrication, cleaning, and basic inspections to keep equipment in top condition
    • Adjust tooling, offsets, and program parameters to maintain tight tolerances
    • Verify finished dimensions and features against blueprints and specifications

    What you bring

    • 3–6 years of machine shop experience in a production setting
    • Fluency reading and interpreting engineering drawings
    • Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of consistent quality
    • Clear spoken and written English; able to follow detailed technical instructions
