Picture the start of your shift: job traveler in hand, you review GD&T callouts, load fixtures, touch off tools, and dial in work offsets on a multi‑axis CNC. The spindle turns, chips fly, and tight‑tolerance aerospace parts take shape under your care. You verify critical features with micrometers and bore gauges, tweak offsets by a tenth, and keep the workcell clean, safe, and efficient. If that sounds like your best kind of day, this direct‑hire role with a growing aerospace manufacturer is for you.
