Your impact on the line

• Execute secondary operations rapidly, precisely, and safely: deburring, flat sanding, micro‑joint removal, and related tasks.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine required finishing steps.
• Select, maintain, and replace tools to meet spec and quality requirements.
• Accurately record operational and production data.
• Load and unload components from mobile/stationary carts, crates, and pallets.
• Stage products on equipment or work surfaces for downstream processing, inspection, or wrapping.
• Inspect parts to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Transfer completed workpieces to the next operation without damage.

What you bring

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Language: Proficiency in basic English (approximately 6th‑grade level) to read and communicate legally required information such as DOL safety content (MSDS), EPA production recordkeeping, raw‑material handling instructions, and customer/shipping labels.
• Math: Solid counting skills and basic arithmetic.
• Work style: Dependable and punctual; steady under production deadlines; follows instructions accurately; collaborative team player.
• Physical demands: Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; strong near‑vision capability to see fine details at close range.
