Aerospace Customer Success / Account Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Compensation: $70k-$90k
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
  • Aerospace industry experience is required. Experience tooling or machining within an aerospace industry is a plus.
  • Background in import/ export is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform pricing and cost analyses.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate customer and product data.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Process customer RFQs by reviewing requirements, performing pricing analysis, preparing quotations, and maintaining quote records within the ERP system.
  • Review and process customer purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, enter orders into the ERP system, and provide order acknowledgements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, orders, invoices, product information, warranty requests, and service-related issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, including product damage, missing components, and warranty claims while ensuring timely closure.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and sales teams to maintain accurate product documentation, costs, and market pricing information.
  • Prepare customer order status reports, KPI metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Generate and maintain pricing data and product catalogs for designated customers and programs.
