    Responsibilities

    • Perform deburring operations on aerospace components using various hand tools and machinery.
    • Inspect parts for quality and compliance with specifications.

    • Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
    • Document work performed and maintain accurate records of production activities.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.
    • Experience in deburring or similar manufacturing processes preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
