Aerospace & Defense Strategic Accounts – Contract ManufacturingPen Manufacturing is seeking an Aerospace & Defense Strategic Accounts expert to drive growth across commercial aerospace, defense, and government-related manufacturing programs.

This role is responsible for developing and expanding long-term OEM and Tier 1 supplier relationships within aerospace and defense manufacturing ecosystems.

We are seeking a senior commercial leader with deep aerospace and defense industry experience and strong technical understanding of precision manufacturing environments.

Role Overview

• Develop and expand strategic aerospace and defense OEM relationships• Drive new business across commercial aerospace and defense programs• Secure multi-year production contracts and manufacturing agreements• Build executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and supply chain leaders• Lead pricing strategy, RFQ responses, and contract negotiations• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and program success• Support long-term aerospace and defense growth strategy

Ideal Background

• 10–20+ years of aerospace and defense sales or strategic account experience• Direct experience selling manufacturing services into aerospace or defense required• Existing relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or defense contractors strongly preferred• Strong understanding of AS9100, ITAR, and aerospace manufacturing standards• Background in sheet metal fabrication, welding, or precision machining preferred• Proven track record of winning complex, high-value production programs

Candidates without direct aerospace and defense manufacturing experience will not be considered.

Compensation: $80,000–120,000Commission Bonus: $0–300,000+ per year
