Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers
• Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Deburring, machining, manufacturing, or metal-finishing experience preferred
• Aerospace or precision-machining experience is a plus
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
• Good vision for detailed inspections
• Ability to wear required safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection

Job Duties

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections
• Finish machined components using files, grinders, rotary tools, and abrasive wheels
• Follow drawings and work instructions
• Inspect parts for defects and dimensional accuracy
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and magnification equipment
• Verify finished parts meet required specifications
• Report nonconforming materials
• Maintain tools in good working condition
• Complete job travelers and production documentation
• Dispose of scrap materials properly
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Meet production and quality goals
• Assist with additional production tasks
