Responsibilities

• RFQ Processing: Prepare and issue Request for Quotes to suppliers in support of engineering and operations.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Prefer Experience with raw material buying and consolidation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Office software
