Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to drive productivity, quality, and cost reductions.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve production-related issues while providing technical support to manufacturing teams.
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, equipment improvements, and facility layout enhancements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on cross-functional projects.
- Support engineering changes, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Train production personnel on processes, equipment, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within a production environment.
- Experience improving manufacturing processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Proficiency with CAD software and engineering design tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tooling, fixtures, prototypes, or manufacturing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and general engineering systems experience preferred.
