This role is responsible for ensuring production starts on time each shift, machines are running efficiently, and the shop floor is organized, safe, and productive..
Requirements & Skills:
- Dependable and punctual with strong attendance
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
- Comfortable working with measurements and tolerances
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and lead night shift operations daily
- Ensure machines are running and production goals are met
- Supervise and support shop floor employees
- Maintain workflow, organization, and cleanliness of the shop
- Follow and enforce safety and quality standards
