Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, aerospace components, and precision manufacturing processes. This role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining programs used in the production of high-quality aerospace parts while ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for aerospace components

  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes

  • Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines (mills, lathes, multi-axis machines)

  • Ensure all programs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., AS9100)

  • Perform program simulations and test runs to validate accuracy and efficiency

  • Maintain documentation for programs, processes, and revisions

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste


Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming within aerospace or precision manufacturing

  • Proficiency with Mastercam software (required)

  • Strong understanding of G-code and multi-axis machining

  • Experience working with aerospace materials (aluminum, titanium, composites, etc.)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T

  • Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO standards

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
