  • Read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to complete tasks accurately and consistently.
  • Use hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment safely and effectively to assemble, coat, paint, and finish components.
  • Carry out detailed masking and coating or painting work, including color matching, industrial painting, printing, lamination, and coating operations as required.
  • Operate and support processes involving printing machines, spray guns, and related coating or finishing equipment.
  • Apply basic soldering techniques to assemble or repair electronic or mechanical components, following applicable standards and guidelines.
  • Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring products meet aerospace and internal quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to report issues, suggest improvements, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in required safety and job-related training and apply learned practices consistently on the job.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, painting, soldering, or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
  • Ability to perform detailed masking and coating or painting work with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Basic soldering experience and comfort working with soldering tools and processes.

  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, electronics, or military manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Experience with color matching, industrial painting, printing, lamination, and coating processes.
  • Familiarity with operating printing machines, spray guns, and related coating or painting equipment.
  • Ability to recognize and address problems independently, taking action without being asked.
  • Optimistic, solution-oriented approach to challenges, focusing on fixing issues rather than assigning blame.
  • Preference for fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on work environments.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing safety and technical training.

Why Work Here?

You join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment that values initiative, ownership, and a solution-focused mindset.
