This Aerospace Manufacturing Technician position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with outstanding long-term career potential.
Schedule: Enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Aerospace Manufacturing Technician Job Duties:
  • Hand-lay advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber and fiberglass, onto molds using detailed work instructions.
  • Perform vacuum bagging and prepare aerospace components for the curing process.
  • Trim, weigh, finish, and complete basic repairs on composite parts.
  • Prepare materials and tooling to support daily production.
  • Inspect aerospace components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
Pay:
$21.25–$26.25 per hour
Aerospace Manufacturing Technician Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing or production experience in a role that required strong attention to detail.
  • 1+ year experience working with basic hand tools
  • 6+ months reading and following detailed written work instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
