A day in this role

• Join a brief safety huddle and review standardized work instructions.
• Set up and operate production equipment (training provided) to perform hands-on operations to exacting customer requirements.
• Inspect your work against quality standards and document results.
• Keep your station clean, safe, and well organized throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production targets and hand off smoothly to the next shift.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $26.52

Shifts

Must be able to work all available shifts:

• 1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM
• 2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM
• 3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM
• Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience; prior manufacturing experience not required—we will train you
• Ability to work any shift (including afternoons, nights, weekends) and overtime as needed
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn
• Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety guidelines, and perform in a fast-paced industrial setting

Proficiency

You should be proficient in: Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
