The organization offers a collaborative engineering environment with strong growth potential and exposure to innovative product development initiatives.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Design and develop new products and enhancements using SolidWorks and other engineering tools.Create and maintain technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and engineering documentation.Conduct engineering calculations, feasibility studies, and design reviews.Develop testing procedures and perform product validation activities.Build and evaluate prototypes for customer demonstrations and beta testing.Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and support configuration management activities.Collaborate with manufacturing, product management, vendors, and test laboratories.Provide technical support for production, troubleshooting, and pre-sales initiatives.Lead technical discussions and communicate project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support projects through the full product development lifecycle, including scheduling, execution, and delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
