Role Snapshot
- Core Focus: CNC lathe/turning—setup, tool changes, offsets, and production.
- Quality: Tight tolerances on complex parts (1,000+ dimensions, GD&T heavy).
- Inspection: Calipers, micrometers, and precision gaging; verify and document.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support multi-machine operation.
- Reliability: Preventive maintenance; deburring/finishing as needed.
- Mindset: Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement participation.

Shifts
- 1st: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd: Mon–Thurs | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+10% diff)
- Weekend: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+25% diff)
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of CNC machining, turning required.
- Independent setup and production capability.
- Offsets, troubleshooting, and comfort with multi-machine operation.
- Blueprint reading, GD&T fluency, and precise inspection skills.
- Experience with tight tolerances and complex parts; aerospace/medical/high-precision preferred.
