Set up and operate CNC grinding and CNC milling equipment (3–4 axis VMC and 5+ axis VMC).
Machine complex, tight-tolerance aerospace components with unwavering quality.
Read and interpret blueprints; perform precision measurement; adjust tooling and offsets.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room to elevate processes.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
3–5 years of related experience.
Background with CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi‑axis equipment.
Strong blueprint reading and inspection capabilities.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Reliable attendance, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
Aerospace experience is preferred but strong machinists from other industries are welcome.
