Job Description
We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in evaluating aerospace industrial skills and courseware, and a proven ability to administer complex hands-on and theoretical assessments accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and administer complex evaluation systems for hands-on and theoretical assessments.
- Assess aerospace industry courseware and skills across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records, including grades and attendance, with 100% accuracy.
- Communicate updates, issues, and questions to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in a complex industrial environment.
- Stay current on aerospace and compliance requirements while providing consistent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Skill sets may include: electrical, bond and ground, seal application, aircraft assembly, heavy or light structure drilling, fastener or rivet installation, production standards, and power or hand tool usage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- MS Office proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- 1-3 years of training, leadership, or management experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience administering industrial skills assessments within aerospace manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Boeing production standards and relevant compliance frameworks.
Work Details & Conditions:
- Schedule may vary by client demand. Approximately 32 hours per week. Overtime may be required.
- Must be flexible to perform duties on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift across a geographic area ranging from Everett to Puyallup.
- Mileage reimbursement for qualifying commutes. Expense submission in Fieldglass is required.
- Dress code is business casual for interviews and on-site work.
Compensation & Compliance:
- Max pay rate: $32.00 per hour. Max bill rate: $43.20 per hour. Markup: 35%.
- Per Boeing policy, candidates must meet US persons status requirements.
- Drug screen: 8 Panel - Standard Mandatory. Background check: First Advantage Basic Package.
