Aerospace Technical Instructor
Location: Everett, WA
Pay Rate: Up to $32.00 per Hour
Schedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Hours: 40–43 Hours per Week
Travel: Up to 25% Travel Required (Mileage Reimbursed)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required

Available Instructor Disciplines
Electrical Instructor
Train employees on aircraft electrical systems, installation procedures, testing, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
• Electrical aircraft installation and assembly
• Electrical functional testing and troubleshooting
• Electrical crimping and soldering
• Electrical wiring and routing
• Reading technical documentation and work instructions
• Basic mechanical assembly techniques
Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor
Train employees in aircraft manufacturing and assembly operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Aircraft assembly and installation procedures
• Bonding and grounding techniques
• Heavy structure drilling and fastening
• Blueprint interpretation
• Production standards and quality requirements
• Functional testing procedures
• Aircraft systems operation and troubleshooting
Aerospace Seal Instructor
Provide specialized instruction on aircraft sealing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
• Surface preparation
• Aircraft sealant application
• Inspection and quality standards
• Material handling and compliance procedures
• Aerospace manufacturing best practices
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Instructor
Deliver training programs focused on workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include:
• Confined Space procedures
• Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO)
• Fall Protection
• DOT compliance
• Workplace safety protocols
• Hazard recognition and mitigation
Essential Responsibilities
• Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training
• Demonstrate aerospace manufacturing procedures and best practices
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching
• Maintain training records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with operational leaders and subject matter experts
• Travel to support training initiatives at additional facilities
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
• Strong aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical experience
• Ability to effectively instruct technical subject matter
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading teams preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods while conducting training
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• U.S. Citizenship required
