Job Description
We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (Electronic Test Monitor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service and basic computer operations and a proven ability to facilitate secure, compliant electronic testing sessions and support instructors and learners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions.
- Maintain testing area schedules, equipment readiness, communications, and constraints.
- Check in participants, enforce testing compliance guidelines, manage supplies, perform pre-work checks, and complete post-session room cleanup.
- Provide weekly status updates to the Delivery Services Manager and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay current on content requirements for assigned subject areas.
- Assist instructors by handing out materials, helping students with computers, and supporting safety in the lab.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Technical aptitude with PCs and ability to support logins and navigation across software, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- US persons status per client policy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting proctored testing or training delivery environments.
- Familiarity with classroom or lab safety practices.
Schedule, Workplace, and Other Details:
- Flexible scheduling to support client needs across various shifts; potential 24/7 coverage. No set overtime expectations.
- Work across Puget Sound locations: Everett, Seattle, Renton.
- Dress code: business casual for interviews and on the job.
