Job Description

We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Proctor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service and basic computer operations and a proven ability to facilitate secure electronic testing sessions and support classroom activities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions.
• Monitor testing rooms, check in participants, enforce compliance guidelines, and manage supplies.
• Maintain testing schedules, equipment readiness, communications, and risk/constraint logs.
• Conduct pre-requisite and pre-work checks and perform post-session room cleanup.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Delivery Services Manager and escalate issues promptly.
• Stay current on content requirements in assigned subject matter areas.
• Assist instructors by handing out materials, supporting students with computers, and promoting safety in labs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Technical aptitude with PCs, including login support and navigation across applications.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common software tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting testing centers or training delivery environments.
• Familiarity with classroom technology and secure testing protocols.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Business casual culture and dress code for interviews and daily work.
• No routine overtime expected. Flexibility for various shifts may be required to support client needs.
• Support across Puget Sound locations: Everett, Seattle, and Renton.
• Physical requirements: none specified.

• No aerospace experience required. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are essential.
• Per client policy, candidates must be U.S. persons.
• Interview required. Business casual attire is required for interviews.
