We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Proctor, E-Test Monitor to support electronic testing and training sessions at aerospace client locations throughout the Puget Sound area.
This is a strong opportunity for candidates with excellent customer service, basic computer, communication, and organizational skills. The E-Test Monitor serves as a primary point of contact for individuals participating in electronic testing sessions and helps ensure each session operates smoothly, professionally, and in accordance with established testing requirements.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently, assisting participants with basic computer navigation, and providing a high level of customer service.
Serve as the first point of contact for participants attending electronic testing sessions.
Check in participants and provide instructions regarding testing procedures.
Monitor testing sessions and ensure participants follow established testing and compliance guidelines.
Assist participants with basic computer login and navigation issues.
Maintain testing schedules, equipment, communications, and testing-area readiness.
Complete prerequisite and pre-work checks before testing sessions.
Maintain classroom and testing supplies and complete post-session room cleanup.
Respond professionally to client requests and changing operational requirements.
Provide regular status updates to management and promptly escalate issues when necessary.
Assist instructors during classroom and lab activities as needed, including distributing materials, helping students with computers, and supporting lab safety.
Maintain familiarity with testing requirements and assigned subject matter areas.
Support additional testing and training activities as assigned.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and strong technical aptitude.
Ability to assist users with logging in and navigating various software applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt quickly and respond professionally to client needs.
Schedule flexibility is essential for this position.
Candidates must be open to a flexible work schedule supporting a 24/7 client operation and willing and able to work at client locations throughout the Puget Sound area, including:

Seattle, WA
Renton, WA
Various shifts may be required based on client needs.
Candidates who excel in the E-Test Monitor position may have the opportunity to be considered for an Instructor role if they transition to direct employment, depending on business needs and qualifications.
