Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with program objectives.Monitor and track project performance across scope, schedule, and cost baselines.Identify deviations, assess risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Support risk, issue, and dependency management throughout the project lifecycle.Assist in resource planning, allocation, and workload monitoring.Participate in project reviews, audits, and stakeholder meetings.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry/regulatory standards.Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical inputs.Address and resolve customer technical queries in a timely manner.Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical & Functional SkillsProven experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and control within engineering, aerospace, or defense environments.Strong analytical skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).Familiarity with cost control, Earned Value Management (EVM), and KPI tracking.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for reporting and documentation.Domain & Compliance ExperienceExperience in aerospace or defense industry environments.Exposure to regulated environments with compliance and security requirements.Eligibility for or prior clearance under Canadian Controlled Goods regulations (preferred).Preferred QualificationsCertification or training in project management frameworks (e.g., PMP or equivalent).Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
