Recruiting
Screening
Full-Cycle recruiting from initial intake calls to closing
AI knowledge
Develop pipeline
Understanding of portals & database
Understanding of ITAR guidelines
Aerospace and manufacturing knowledge is a must have
Heavy volume!
Little training involved.
Knowledge of Aerospace is mandatory!
Must be able to manage the entire recruiting and hiring process including initial phone calls, screening and understanding the aerospace lingo, scheduling interviews and heavy portal use.
AI knowledge would be helpful!
