Associate's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
2+years of experience in capital equipment sales
Aerospace or defense industry experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities Include:
Engage new customers in strategic sales conversations to uncover opportunities and drive revenue across products, services, and turnkey solutions
Grow and deepen existing customer relationships by identifying expansion opportunities and recommending solutions tailored to specific technical needs
Partner closely with Operations and Engineering to develop compelling technical proposals, specifications, and pricing that convert opportunities into bookings
Travel domestically to customer sites to build relationships, understand real-world requirements, and accelerate deal momentum
Represent the company at industry tradeshows and conferences to promote advanced solutions, generate qualified leads, and expand the sales pipeline
Proactively identify new customer applications and emerging requirements, maintaining frequent contact via meetings, calls, and email
Lead in-depth technical discussions with customers and clearly document requirements to ensure alignment and execution
Own sales strategy for major opportunities, briefing leadership and cross-functional teams on requirements, pricing approach, and competitive intelligence
Develop and recommend pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
Maintain accurate, forward-looking sales forecasts to support business planning
Capture customer feedback and market insight to influence next-generation product development
Support sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to promotional materials, events, presentations, and customer documentation
Participate in occasional international travel as opportunities require
