Your Impact

• Translate blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions into high-precision parts.
• Execute layout, measurement, forming, bending, cutting, drilling, deburring, and assembly.
• Set up and run press brakes, shears, punches, saws, drills, and related fabrication machinery.
• Select tooling and establish optimal machine parameters for each assignment.
• Hold tight tolerances; validate with calipers, micrometers, scales, and gauges.
• Perform drilling, countersinking, riveting, fastening, and other mechanical assembly tasks.
• Escalate fabrication or drawing concerns to supervisors, engineering, or quality.
• Document work accurately and on time.
• Comply with AS9100 and internal quality procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards; follow PPE and equipment safety requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and other teams.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred (not required).
• 1–2 years in sheet metal fabrication preferred (not required); prior precision manufacturing experience helpful.
• Blueprint and engineering drawing fluency.
• Ability to set up and operate sheet metal equipment.
• Knowledge of forming methods, tooling, bend allowances, and standard practices.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and working to close tolerances.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset with ability to adjust processes.
• Dependable attendance; strong team collaboration skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or AS9100 environments is a plus.
• Excellent organization; able to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines; follows directions.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Age 18+; able to lift up to 75 lbs; able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
