We are looking for an Experienced Aerospace Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team at the Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone.
The position offers a significant opportunity to take part in the design, upgrade, and development of advanced aerospace structures, contributing to meaningful technological achievements within a leading defense company.
In this role, you will:
- Perform static and dynamic analysis for aerospace structures (metallic and composite) to support structural modifications, airborne structure development, and aircraft upgrades
- Prepare justification reports and lead certification processes with aviation authorities in Israel and worldwide
- Lead or perform static and dynamic proof tests
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Civil Engineering
- Experience in performing static strength analyses based on manual analytical methods
- Experience with finite element analysis
- Knowledge and prior experience with military and civil aircraft structural specifications
- Experience with NASTRAN/PATRAN - Advantage
- Experience performing dynamic or vibration analysis of aircraft installations - Advantage
- Experience performing composite material analyses - Advantage
- Experience performing fatigue and damage tolerance analyses - Advantage
- Ability to work and learn independently with strong task management skills, excellent interpersonal relations, and teamwork ability
- High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
