Work independently and mentor and supervise team members.QualificationsYou Have:4+ years of experience with aerospace systems engineering activitiesExperience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycleExperience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environmentKnowledge of MBSE tools including Cameo Systems Modeler and TeamWork CloudAbility to work in the Special Access ProgramSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and TechnologyNice If You Have:Experience with supporting engineering tools, including IBM DOORS or Jama Connect, Model Center, Team Center, MATLAB, STK, or CAD tools such as CATIA or SolidworksExperience in a Department of Defense aerospace program acquisition officeExperience conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high‑level missions systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model in support of product developmentExperience in developing and executing model‑based testing using the systems model with linked engineering toolsKnowledge of linking analytical and engineering tools in a digital threadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMaster's degree in EngineeringSysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) CertificationINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, such as CSEP or ASEP CertificationClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
