Travel: Up to 25% (approximately one week per month, mileage reimbursed)

Aerospace Technical Instructors to deliver hands-on technical training to aerospace manufacturing professionals. We are currently hiring instructors in the following specialties:Electrical Instructor- Aircraft electrical installation and assembly
- Electrical functional testing and troubleshooting
- Electrical crimping and soldering
- Basic mechanical assembly skills
Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor- Aircraft electrical installations
- Bonding and grounding
- Aircraft assembly and heavy structural drilling
- Aircraft maintenance
- Blueprint interpretation
- Production standards
- Functional testing
- Aircraft systems operation, troubleshooting, and familiarization
Aerospace Seal Instructor- Aircraft sealant application
- Surface preparation
- Proper cleaning techniques
- Sealant application on aircraft components
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Instructor- Confined Space procedures
- Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO)
- Department of Transportation (DOT) safety practices
- Fall Protection training
What You'll Do- Deliver engaging classroom and hands on technical instruction.
- Demonstrate industry’s best practices and aerospace manufacturing techniques.
- Prepare employees to safely perform production and maintenance tasks.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Maintain accurate training documentation.
- Travel periodically to support training at additional locations.
What We're Looking For- Strong technical experience within the aerospace industry.
- Ability to effectively teach complex technical concepts to adult learners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Comfortable standing and instructing throughout the workday.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
