Job Title: Aerospace Weld Trainer
Location: Cleveland, OH

We're hiring a confident AerospaceWeld Trainer to onboard, train, and certify new welders in GTAW (TIG) for aerospace production. You'll deliver hands-on coaching, monitor weld quality, and help trainees meet strict aerospace safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Train, mentor, and certify new welders on GTAW equipment and aerospace work instructions

Coach welders on quality, speed, blueprint reading, and compliance with specs

Inspect weld samples/parts and verify they meet aerospace quality standards

Improve welding methods/techniques and support casting repair and problem solving

Audit standard work, manage training tools/supplies, and collaborate with Engineers/Supervisors on trainee progress

Limited travel to share best practices with other facilities

Required qualification :-

AMS2694 or AWS Certified Welder credential

Minimum 5 years of professional welding experience in industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication environments.

Minimum 2 years' experience onboarding and training new weld trainees

Strong communication, coaching, and ability to adapt teaching to different learners

Comfortable in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-driven aerospace environment

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; able to obtain export-control access (no visa sponsorship)
