Schedule + Compensation

$75 to $85 per hour base, commensurate with experience, plus a monthly production commission, with the commission structure reviewed with qualified candidates in the recruiter interview. The full-time schedule is built within center hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Evening and Saturday blocks are the highest-demand hours in the practice, which makes them the fastest path for a new injector to build production. Monthly team trainings keep your technique and product knowledge current.

Full-time employees are eligible for a benefits package that includes health and dental coverage options, paid time off, employee pricing on VIO services and retail products, and paid monthly training and development, with room to advance as the practice grows.

About the Opportunity

VIO Med Spa is a nationally recognized franchise, proudly named Entrepreneur Magazine’s #1 Med Spa Franchise for three consecutive years. The North Brunswick location is owner-operated by a practicing PA-C who still injects, leads from the treatment room, and invests in the team’s clinical growth. A plastic surgeon medical director provides oversight through chart review and phone consultation, and providers inject independently day to day. The team is small, tight-knit, and collaborative: injectors and estheticians plan treatments together, and the culture rewards reliability and teamwork. The seat is open now for a near-term start.
