Your Role at Evolve

As a Medical Aesthetic Provider, you will perform non-invasive aesthetic services, including injectables, skin-rejuvenation treatments, and laser hair removal. You will guide clients from consultation through follow-up, build trusted relationships, and develop customized treatment plans that support each client’s individual goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive aesthetic services in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope-of-practice requirements, company policies, and applicable clinical standards

• Administer treatments including injectables, skin-rejuvenation services, and laser hair removal

• Evaluate client candidacy and develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate clients about treatment options, expectations, and pre- and post-care instructions

• Recommend additional treatments and products that appropriately support each client’s goals

• Build trusted client relationships and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

• Follow all clinical safety, sanitation, and treatment-room standards

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to support clinic performance and growth

• Maintain clinical proficiency through ongoing education and professional development

• Travel to other Maryland locations for training or occasional coverage, as needed

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing

• Aesthetic experience strongly preferred but not required for the right clinically strong, motivated candidate

• Experience with injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser services, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is highly desirable

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to client safety

• Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to confidently develop and recommend individualized treatment plans

• Warm, polished, and welcoming bedside manner

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with EMR or CRM systems; Zenoti experience is a plus

• Positive, collaborative mindset with a high level of professionalism

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Availability to work the Waldorf clinic schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
