Navila Aesthetic Lounge is a growing medical aesthetics practice serving the Irvine / Newport Beach area. We offer advanced skin treatments, injectables, laser services, and personalized aesthetic care in a warm, client-focused environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, dermaplaning, and other skin treatments
- Conduct skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Operate laser and energy-based devices (training provided on specific platforms)
- Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend retail products
- Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold strict hygiene protocols
- Support front-desk flow: rebooking, follow-ups, and client retention

**Qualifications**
- Valid California Esthetician license (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a med spa or dermatology setting preferred
- Familiarity with laser/IPL, RF microneedling, or HydraFacial a plus
- Strong communication skills; Mandarin or other second language a plus
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for aesthetics
