Bellava Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused
Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a
plastic surgery practice, not just another med spa. You'll work alongside our board-certified plastic surgeon and experienced providers while treating both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic patients. This hybrid role combines aesthetic treatments with patient coordination/front desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and creating an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments
- Educate patients on treatment options and skincare
- Recommend treatment plans and skincare products
- Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and front desk operations
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call through post-treatment follow-up
- Work closely with our providers to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
Treatments You Should Be Proficient In
Candidates should have experience performing the majority of the following:
- Microneedling
- Vivace RF Microneedling
- Hydrafacial
- Coolifting Facial
- Photofacial (IPL)
- Chemical Peels
- VI Peel
- Body Contouring
- CoolSculpting
Qualifications
- Licensed Aesthetician (required)
- Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice
- Experience performing the majority of the treatments listed above
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Sales and retail skincare experience is a plus
- Passion for aesthetics and delivering an exceptional patient experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is commensurate with experience
- Starting pay begins at $26.00 per hour
