About Us:We are a growing skincare and wellness spa dedicated to delivering high-quality treatments and personalized client experiences. We specialize in advanced facial techniques and premium skincare products, and we’re looking for a skilled and passionate aesthetician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional facial treatments, including Jan Marini facials and customized skincare services
- Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment environment
- Stay up to date on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage
- Support retail sales of spa products and other skincare lines
Qualifications:
- Valid aesthetician or cosmetology license (as required by state)
- Experience with Jan Marini skincare products and treatments preferred
- Familiarity with other professional skincare lines and spa-grade products
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and client satisfaction
