Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Aesthetician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the MedSpa industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of skin care, excel at creating personalized treatment plans, and have the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aesthetician, preferably in a MedSpa setting
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin concerns, and the science behind various skin treatments
• Proven ability to develop and execute personalized skin care plans, with a strong track record of successful outcomes
• Exceptional communication and sales skills, with the ability to educate clients and provide tailored recommendations based on their unique needs
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a solid work ethic
• Committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies in skin care treatments
• Passion for the skin care industry and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every client
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Social Media, actively engage in social media, showcasing expertise, treatment results, and brand awareness through personal content creation, advertising, and maintaining an active following to attract and educate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional facial treatments, skincare consultations, and advanced MedSpa services, with a strong emphasis on achieving personalized skincare goals
• Create tailored skincare plans for clients, applying in-depth knowledge of skin science and various treatment modalities
• Educate clients on effective skincare routines, the benefits of different treatments, and how they can maintain and enhance their skin health
• Stay current with the latest skincare trends, scientific advancements, and treatment protocols
• Drive product and service sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and drama-free work environment by working seamlessly with the team
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment at all times
