Dr. Maryam Nazemzadeh, better known as Dr. Naz, has quickly earned a national and international reputation for her artistry in cosmetic eye surgery and injectables, and for her unparalleled eye for beauty. Patients from across the U.S. and around the world come to Tysons, VA to experience her boutique-level care and expertise.

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetician to join our team. Our practice offers a full spectrum of advanced cosmetic treatments using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and medical-grade skin care. With a suite of lasers for face, neck, and body rejuvenation including Clear + Brilliant, Morpheus8, Sciton Moxi and BBL, we are seeking a professional with hands-on experience using these devices.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design individualized care plans for each patient.
• Deliver professional facial, body, and laser treatments within your licensure.
• Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic services: facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, mesoneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, skin tightening, resurfacing, and body contouring.
• Educate clients on treatment options and medical-grade skin care.
• Promote products, services, and packages that support clients long-term skin health and wellness goals.
• Actively support practice-wide efforts to grow and promote services.

Schedule

• We have availability for 2-3 days per week, with flexibility for evenings (4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) or weekends if desired. We will work with you to create a schedule that works best!
• Opportunity for full-time, daytime hours as the practice expands.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive, flexible pay structure - $20 to $30 per hour plus commission or commission-only, depending on your experience and preference.
• High earning potential for the right candidate - the sky is the limit!
• Generous benefits even for part-time employees - including 401k matching, profit share plan (after 80 days) and company cash balance plan (if employed for more than 3 months).

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Aesthetician license with 2+ years of medical aesthetics experience.
• Proficiency with Clear + Brilliant, Morpheus8 lasers, Sciton Moxi and BBL (preferred).
• Experience in a plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology setting is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, customer service focus, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Adherence to all cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
