Must have high energy and be ready to attend to guests immediately uponarrival. The Recovery Specialist is directly responsible for helping guests achieve their lifestylegoals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending communityevents. The Recovery Specialist will also be responsible for continuing their education of ourproducts and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintainingsafety protocols within the center.The Health and Wellness Specialist should be action oriented, customer service driven,ambitious, cultural fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person willwork with the Center Manager, and their team to identify and solve problems, set expectationsand goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary toperform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.Qualifications:• Ability to work a minimum of 15-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule including nightsand weekends.• Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams followinginitial training.• Maintain good time management skills, good judgement, and ability to multi-task.• Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues tomaintain guest loyalty.• Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in acompetent, efficient, and professional manner.• Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company includingsales goals.• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.• Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers andpeers.• Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.• Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards.• 1-3 years of Sales Experience in retail
