Sage is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our B2B affiliate marketing program across the US and Canada. As part of the Performance Marketing team, this role is responsible for developing strategic affiliate partnerships, driving high-quality demand, qualified pipeline, and revenue growth across Sage"s product portfolio.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will identify new acquisition opportunities, optimize partner performance, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation within a B2B environment with:
  • Proven experience managing and growing affiliate or partner programs within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience with affiliate management platforms such as Impact Radius (or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and optimize programs to improve lead quality, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
  • Experience managing external partners, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic business relationships.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing affiliate budgets, forecasting channel performance, and making investment recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Regional Program Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, MarTech, Marketing Operations, and Web teams.
