Affiliate Marketing Manager - Online Marketing - Base Salary to 55k/year - Mechanicsburg, PA

• Our client, a well-established online marketing company, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate account management, or media buying within an online marketing, digital advertising, performance marketing, or advertising agency environment. Experience managing affiliate partnerships and campaigns across email marketing, SMS marketing, display advertising, native advertising, and social media marketing is required, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize online resources, affiliate networks, social media, and referrals to prospect, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain affiliate relationships through regular communication via phone, video, and email while documenting account activity.
• Present campaign performance metrics including conversion rates, EPC, and offer performance to encourage affiliates to launch and scale campaigns.
• Partner with internal sales teams to identify strategic affiliate partnerships and increase traffic volume.
• Negotiate payment terms, payment schedules, and required documentation with affiliate partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide affiliate support and resolve account issues.
• Utilize company systems and tools to ensure affiliate program compliance and required legal documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Management, Affiliate Account Management, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing within an online marketing, digital advertising, or advertising agency environment.
• Experience supporting affiliate campaigns involving email marketing, SMS marketing, display advertising, social media marketing, or native advertising.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 40k - 55k/year range
• Commission = 1% of revenue generated on accounts (the provided starter accounts should net approx. 2-4k per month)
