Affordable Community Manager - Statesville, NC

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee Deerview Crossing in Statesville, NC. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This is a part-time position averaging 20-29 hours per week.

Summary of Position:

• Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments
• Resident certifying
• Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails
• Completing all lease paperwork
• Completing and processing applications
• Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents
• Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
• Upkeep the office and clubhouse
• Rent collections
• Processing invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Good verbal and written skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Must have reliable transportation
