Our client is hiring for a role in the building and construction industry, specifically within the affordable housing sector, based in Brooklyn.
Job Description
- Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate schedules and resources.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise to maintain project efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Manage site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and project updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with managing construction projects in the affordable housing sector.
