Biased in LIHTC and Section 8, this national firm is mission driven, cares and has fostered an overachieving, merit based culture.Job DescriptionA heavy bias working between departments to oversee and advise on LIHTC related matters working with key leadership nationally and presenting a huge growth opportunity.Develop and maintain financial models to support property-related initiatives.Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making linked to LIHTC and working closely with legal departments, asset management, acquisitions and key leaders within the business.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of financial models with company objectives.Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.Monitor and forecast financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all financial analyses.Assist in evaluating potential investments and property acquisitions.Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and performance.The Successful ApplicantA strong, hands-on background working within LIHTC affordable housing ideally having worked for a bank, non-profit, syndicator or real estate developer.Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the financial services industry.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills to present complex data effectively to stakeholders.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000 USD + with incredible benefits, regular reviews, high levels of upward mobility, coaching, leadership exposure and the chance to work in a mission driven, highly successful environment.Remote working.
