The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for educating employees about various benefit options, consulting with businesses on insurance solutions, and building relationships to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include conducting presentations, providing customer service, coordinating training sessions, and guiding employees and employers in selecting the best benefits packages to meet their needs.Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong desire to earn and win
• Team focused but able to work independently
• Must be trainable and open to coaching
• Relevant sales or insurance certifications are a plus
