Job Responsibilities
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in history, historic preservation, public history or related field, and experience in historical research, writing or a historic preservation field.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in history, historic preservation, public history or related field, and one year professional experience in public history, historic preservation, or related field. Knowledge of South Carolina history and Southern history.
Additional Comments
Position requires travel around the state, but overnight stays are generally not necessary. This is not a remote work position. Must have or be able to obtain a valid S.C. drivers license.
