Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage and deliver individualized patient care plans
• Meet critical deadlines for charting and documentation
• Self-manage time, routing, and daily schedule effectively
• Demonstrate proficiency using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
• Provide compassionate hospice care to patients and families

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• 2+ years of Hospice experience
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR systems
  • TruChart EHR
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Active auto insurance

Schedule & Shift Details

• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Full-time, direct-hire role with comprehensive benefits

Travel

• Local travel required within the service area
