at least 2 After Hours Scheduling Coordinators to cover Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Purpose:The After Hours Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for supporting our leadership team in providing excellent home care services beyond regular office hours on weeknights and on weekends.
Main Duties:- Answer all phone calls outside of regular office hours (weekdays- 4:30 pm-8:00 am; weekends or holidays – 8:00 am-8:00 am).
- Politely and efficiently resolve any client service issues, scheduling issues or adjustments.
- Monitor the After-hours email and care log.
- Serve as “fill-in” Caregiver when you are unable to fill shifts. This is an essential requirement of the position! Caregiving time is well compensated.
- Any other tasks requested by Kind Senior Care Office Staff.
Other Requirements:- After hours staff must have reliable phone service and internet access throughout their shift.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), Registered Nurse certification or equivalent experience is required for this role.
Pay:- Monday - Friday: $62.50 per night; Saturday and Sunday: $100 per day
- PLUS $21.00 an hour if you must cover a shift
After-hours Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:- 1 year of experience in an administrative role within office or customer service setting; preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Personal or professional experience working as Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent wherever they call home.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle and smart phone.
- Ability to complete a Driving Record check and Background check.
