Position Details

Calvin Christian Middle School has an important custodial position available to serve our campus.

We are blessed with wonderful school facilities, and maintaining them with excellence is an important part of creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, families, and guests. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and would enjoy contributing to the GCCS community in a very tangible way.

Working approximately four hours each weekday afternoon after school, with some scheduling flexibility. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, restrooms, and common areas, as well as helping with general building care.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins daily.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum flooring surfaces.
• Secure the building at shift conclusion.
• Report maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong reliability and punctual attendance habits.
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of a background check.
